It is reported that the total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. The total investment of phase I is about 500 million yuan, including equipment of about 200 million yuan, occupying a plant area of no less than 20000 square meters. The construction contents include SMT workshop, AI plug-in workshop, injection molding workshop, transformer workshop, automatic production line, laboratory, etc. The total investment of phase II is about 500 million yuan, and the specific investment matters are determined according to the situation.
Shanxi Ketong has just been established (July 15, 2021). Its business scope includes the manufacturing of wires, cables and other electronic devices. However, its second largest shareholder is associated with Baoshan Ketong Electronics Co., Ltd., a charger enterprise.
Baoshan Ketong was established in November 2016. Its business scope includes: communication equipment, computers, batteries, chargers, power adapters, etc.

On April 16, 2018, Ketong Electronics was put into operation in Baoshan industrial and Trade Park, Yunnan Province. The total investment of the project is more than 60 million yuan. It introduced advanced plug-in, welding and testing equipment, and finally built 10 groups of AI plug-in lines, 4 manual plug-in lines and 8 assembly and packaging lines, with an annual production capacity of 50 million.

According to the "three and a half generations of wind directions", the revenue of some gallium nitride enterprises has been rising in recent years. For example, transphorm's revenue in the first quarter of this year increased by 20% month on month and 118% over the same period last year.
Domestically, innosecco's gallium nitride shipments have exceeded 10 million pieces. Some time ago, innosecco's Suzhou 8-inch gallium nitride project was also officially mass produced, and another gallium nitride enterprise is also expanding its line. According to Dr. Zhu tinggang, general manager of Jiangsu Nenghua, their second plant is expected to enter the pre production state by the end of the year, and the production capacity will increase 10 times in the future.
