On the afternoon of September 9, 2015, in the national Ministry of science and technology, Ministry of industry, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission support, by the third generation semiconductor related research institutes, universities and colleges, leading enterprises initiated a voluntary to build "the third generation semiconductor industry technology innovation strategic alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the "alliance") formally in Beijing International Convention Center held the inaugural meeting.
